Protex "Frost" diaper covers feature:

This PVC plastic cover has a gentle texture on one side of the pant. Uncovered elastic on inside waist and leg bands. (Outer waist and leg bands are vinyl covered.) Transparency of plastic is similar to a frosted window.
Care: Rinse after use. Machine wash on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low.
If wearing over a diaper, please measure over the diaper to find your size.
